To whom it may concern;

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to, and share my positive thoughts regarding our interactions with Sunstall Inc.

We were awarded a contract to construct the Baldock Solar Highway PV project located at the Baldock Rest Area just south of Portland, Oregon. Three years in planning, this 1.75 megawatt project is the largest Solar project on a public highway right of way in the nation.

In July 2011 were finally given a notice to proceed. The timeline called for milestones that would push us to make the project deadline. A supplier gave us the name of Sunstall as a possible sub‐contractor that could manage the pile‐driving and racking assembly.

We contacted Sunstall, and were pleasantly surprised when Heiko and Helge were able to give us a quote that was extremely competitive. We were somewhat skeptical as to whether they could mobilize from California, obtain and Oregon contractor license, ramp up for construction and complete the task in the time allotted. I am pleased to say that Sunstall met all of the obligations, and performed better than expected.

They were able to finish the pile driving and racking assembly ahead of schedule, and did so maintaining the highest quality standards. Sunstall worked seamlessly with the other contractors on site, and left a positive impression with everyone they interacted with. They communicated well, and stayed within budget. They followed the site safety standards, and all the employees were professional in appearance and demeanor.

This was a high‐profile project with lots of local and national press coverage. Sunstall represented themselves and the entire project with pride and in my opinion, should be the model of efficiency that other companies, including our own strive for.

Should the opportunity to work with Sunstall arise in the future, I will not hesitate to contact Helge or Heiko. I am confident they will provide the best results for the greatest value.
